Purchaser (“You”) agree to use all purchased products safely, according to all directions and warnings provided by Heavenly Scent Candles, and according to any and all specifications and directions of manufacturer.
Heavenly Scent Candles sells its merchandise only to individuals who can legally purchase and own such items in the particular jurisdiction where they reside. By ordering and purchasing merchandise from Heavenly Scent Candles, you represent that you are of legal age to purchase this merchandise and that this merchandise can be purchased and owned by you in your state, county, and/or city of residence.
FURTHERMORE, BY PURCHASING AND USING THIS PRODUCT, YOU SHALL AND DO HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HEAVENLY SCENT CANDLES FREE AND HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THEIR PROPERTY, AND FROM ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE APPLICATION OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT. FURTHERMORE, HEAVENLY SCENT CANDLES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR DUE TO MISUSE OF ITS PRODUCTS OR RELATED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH CANDLE BURNING.
Return Policy
We do not currently accept any returns once they have shipped. We know that you cannot smell the candles before ordering online, we do our best to describe our scents as accurately as possible. Please consider re-gifting to a friend!
Cancelling Orders
We can only cancel orders if they haven't been fulfilled or shipped yet.
Broken Candles During Shipping
If your package is delivered with any damage, you can either file a claim with the shipping carrier on behalf of yourself and get a compensation check to refund you for the broken candle OR you can send us a clear picture of any damages to admin@heavenlyscentcandles.store and we will handle the claim on our end and replace your candles for you.
