Processing Times
The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most cases, I will be able to ship out orders within 2-3 business days. All regular orders are expected to be shipped within 5-7 business days. Custom orders and wholesale orders can take up to 2 weeks or more depending on the order.
Shipping Times
We are currently only shipping within the United States. The time to delivery usually takes anywhere between 5-7 business days after a 48-72 hour processing time.
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office, we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

Shipping Carriers
We currently offer USPS First Class, and USPS Priority, as our shipping methods. Shipping costs are provided in real-time from these carriers to give you the best price available.
Tracking Information
All orders are provided with a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number. Once your order has been passed off to USPS or any carrier, we unfortunately do not have control of the package's transit. Should your order get lost during transit, please contact the carrier shipping it and they will file a claim for YOU to be reimbursed the insured value. Not Heavenly Scent Candles.
